Dr Ha Medlock was a partner at Surrey Lodge Group Practice in Victoria Park. Sadly she left about a year ago. She is a wonderful doctor. She never rushes her patients and shows great compassion. She listens well and always goes the extra mile. I was extremely sad when she left the practice. I believe she is now with a practice in Didsbury. I hope they realise how lucky they are to have her. She is everything a GP should be.

Dr Medlock supported me through the most difficult time in my life. Very caring and understanding Doctor. Always had time for me. Thank you so much words can not describe how you have helped me and my daughter. Asifa

Absolute lovely lady.have major phobia of docs and needles but she's just amazing. ..seen her a few times and nothing is too much.no rush.very empathetic. Always liked Dr Enoch but Dr medlock is fantastic. Surrey lodge is very lucky

I am in total agreement with the previous reviewer. I was also considering changing practise, mostly due to the difficulty in getting an appointment. I'd never seen the same Practitioner twice. The most recent GP I'd seen had also overlooked sending an letter, recommending a consultation with a specialist, which I was unhappy & frustrated about. Anyway, I feel very fortunate to have since been introduced to Dr Medlock. Other Doctors at this practice are generally good, however, Dr Medlock is a different class. She is a great listener & is very positive in her approach. I get the feeling that she really enjoys her job. This was apparent in how she interacted with me - considerate, compassionate & understanding. Her knowledge of aspects of the complaint affecting me were exceptional & she gave me a lot of confidence in believing a solution to my problem was achievable . I would highly recommend Dr Medlock, a modern GP - but with old fashioned values! Consultations aren't rushed or uncomfortable. She has grace and in my opinion is a fantastic professional & an asset to the Practise.
