I recently had Gynecomastia surgery, and did not enjoy one bit.
I felt the majority of the surgery (before anybody reads this any says ''that the tugging sensation of the gland coming out, not pain'') I can assure you, the feeling I had was pain. Overall I don't know if this was just my body rejecting the numbing agent or what, but the surgery was over quickly and the results are amazing.
