She listens but needs to believe her patient's lived experience even if they don't correspond to her 'understanding of the science'.

Nice to see a doctor that actually remembers the last time she saw you. If there’s an ongoing problem never have to repeat what’s happened or what the problem is. She listens and never treats you like she’s too busy nor talks down to you. Refreshing considering the way the medical profession and life is today.
