I’ve never, in 30 yrs of being chronically ill, EVER had a clinical meeting with a doctor that has been THAT helpful. Not ever. It was such a good experience, so thorough and informative, I actually came home and cried with gratitude and relief. I was listened to with kindness, attentive care & respect, I was understood. Every aspect of my illness and well eing was attended to.

Having been diagnosed with late onset asthma, I couldn't be more comfortable and confident in the care I have had under Dr. Ranu. She has been thorough throughout my time under her care, ordering and monitoring all the investigations I have had. She also is very aware of the correlation between my cardiac and respiratory problems and has ordered and monitored any investigations required regarding this. She has always listened to my concerns and her out patient letters which are always cc to myself are concise, accurate and always both on a professional and personal basis.

I did not feel listened to by her and she was abrupt and patronising. I am requesting to see another consult for my next appointment. Also incorrect medical information noted on my clinical letter.
