Dr Haroun Gajraj did a fantastic job removing unsightly varicose veins on my left leg approx 10 years ago and I was delighted with the result. I felt that my right leg was now also becoming unsightly and that it needed similar expert treatment.
The consultation took place and Dr Gajraj was very professional and thorough in his assessment. However, it was clear from the photos taken, that the veins were not as visible as I had felt when looking down from above at my leg, (as opposed to viewing through a mirror, i.e. as others would see them). His recommendation was to monitor the situation going forward, but for no remedial treatment to take place at this stage, as he was not convinced that he could improve the appearance of my leg at this point and that the risks could outweigh the potential benefits.
I am aware that this would have been quite an expensive procedure and it is so reassuring to know that Dr Gajraj was not remotely influenced by the loss of potential income as a result of his recommendations and I would totally recommend his services.
