I would like to express my satisfaction with the service I received when I saw Dr Gajraj for treatment on my varicose veins. All the staff at Melbury Clinic were professional, helpful and supportive, The treatment before, during and after my operation was at all times exemplary, and I felt relaxed and happy with the service that was provided. In particular during my operation which was under local anaesthetic the staff were able to make me feel totally at ease and I am very happy with the result. I would happily recommend Dr Gajraj and his team to others.

Right from my initial enquiry, through to my operation, and afterwards at my follow-up appointment, I received exceptional care. At every stage Dr Gajraj kept me informed, in detail, of all the processes he would be carrying out, and what I would expect afterwards. I received first rate care from the Melbury clinic for treatment of varicose veins in both of my legs. Dr Gajraj and his team were very good at talking me through my diagnosis and treatment options, and followed this up with emails that I could digest at my leisure. They openly welcomed further questions, and I always felt like these would be no bother. Having decided to have the treatment recommended I felt safe and well attended to during the treatment, and received the highest level of care throughout the procedure. I had been sent literature regarding the procedure and what I could expect following the treatment before arriving, this was then discussed again directly after the procedure, and additional literature was given to me so I felt completely prepared for how my recovery would progress. I was happy to refer back to this literature over the following couple of weeks, but had also been advised to contact the clinic with any questions. Yet again it felt like nothing was to much trouble. I am very pleased with the outcome of the treatment, as I can see a marked improvement in both of my legs. Dr Gajraj was completely honest with me from the start and managed my expectations, which helped me to feel confident in his teams care and to appreciate the improvements I've seen, but also feel confident that the treatment had further reaching health benefits that are unseen.

I had very prominent varicosities of my great saphenous vein causing severe reflux and varicose eczema, which was so bad I had to use strong steroids (betnovate). Since my operation the varicose veins have completely gone and the eczema has resolved so that I have needed no steroid cream at all. Dr Gajraj was excellent, he gave me all the time I needed to explain the condition, the results of the scan and the surgery. The surgery was carried out under local anaesthetic and I had complete confidence throughout. I was very pleased with the whole consultation.
