Dr Buch is a kind and gentle man who listens and understands his patients. He's been involved early on in my diagnosis which wasn't a common one, but his knowledge of the condition is vast. He has shown patience and understanding of my pre existing conditions, both medically and psychologically speaking and has taken my feelings and emotions into account within my treatment. He took on board my concerns and answered all of my questions honestly. I felt safe in the care of Dr Buch. He has communicated with me even in his own time just to make sure I was ok pre and post surgery. He's one in a million.
