Hi Hari has been looking after our son with his ADHD diagnosis. Our son had previously been diagnosed by another doctor but feel that the care that Hari provided along with the Psychotherapist made for the right combination for our son. ADHD will never be cured but we now feel that after dealing with Hari and his practice that his condition is being controlled in the right way that suits our son. The difference from the beginning to the end of treatment has be remarkable to be honest , greater than we ever thought. Thank you Hari.

In total honesty, Dr Sholinghur saved my life this year. I’ve spent 24 years never feeling like i was normal, or fit in anywhere. I’ve struggled with social sides of things & masked that really well in my teenage years but becoming an adult, getting older life was becoming impossible every single day, I’d reached out to many services, spoken to countless amounts of people, but 2 hours over teams with Hari, and it’s as though everything just melted into the screen. I was diagnosed with ADHD, started on medication straight away, monitored closely and I’ve never felt better in my life. He is kind, he is emphatic, he listens and he understands without you having to over explain, I can not thank him enough he is an absolute powerhouse in what he does & so are the rest of the Recovery Minds team!! Thank you all so so SO much.

I recently completed my ADHD assessment and titration with Dr Sholinghur, and I have been very happy with the process. I was a bit nervous to start, but the support I received from Dr Sholinghur and the Recovery Minds team made all the difference. From start to finish, he was incredibly understanding, patient, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly, listened to my concerns, and adjusted my treatment plan to fit my needs perfectly. I felt genuinely cared for, and it’s clear that Dr Sholinghur is passionate about what he does. I’m grateful for the positive impact this has had on my life, and I highly recommend to anyone going through the ADHD assessment process. Thank you Dr Sholinghur and the Recovery Minds team for your care and support!

Prompt and convenient holistic assessment. Dr Sholinghur was attentive to detail and clearly appreciated the impact of my condition in terms of personal, social, professional and academic aspects of life. The consultation and follow-ups were professional, empathetic and inspired trust that I was receiving excellent care tailored to my needs and circumstances. I was presented with a range of options to treat and self-manage aspects of my condition and felt included in the decision-making process throughout. I would highly recommend Dr Sholinghur and his team.
