The best GP I've ever had. No one would have discovered I had a tumour if it wasn't for Dr James - she's fantastic. Really listens, thinks about your symptoms and treats patients with care and sensitivity. Streets ahead of Dr Gary Marlowe and Dr Katy Young, who I wouldn't recommend.

Dr James alone is all the words I need !!!!!!! BUT there is an amazing wonderful kind understanding patient of beautiful humans that I know are part of an amazing team. I will admit I’m a nightmare sometimes. I have a mental health problem and no matter what each and everyone of them are there. I have 2 children one has a bad immune system and they have never failed her.

Dr James never fails to listen, explain and talk though options. She has a wonderful, warm, caring and professional manner and I would wholeheartedly recommend her.

I was really impressed by the kindness and openness of Dr Haoli James when she saw me this morning. She listened and checked back with me, and it felt like she was having a consultation and planning next steps based on me as an individual. Thank you!

With an excellent bedside manner, an honest approach and a willingness to get to know her patients, Dr James is sadly unusual amongst doctors in London, and all the better a 'catch' for it. She goes out of her way to explain treatment options and talk through any procedures necessary, sparing no time to ensure you are comfortable in her care. I am happy to have found a GP who has truly found her calling.
