I am a General Practitioner and Specialist in Menopause and Premenstrual Disorders. I hold the Advanced Certificate in Menopause Care, accredited by the British Menopause Society (BMS) and Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (FSRH). I have particular interests in Premature Ovarian Insufficiency (POI), Surgical Menopause and Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD). I am also passionate about evidence-based lifestyle medicine and plant-based nutrition, and have undertaken further study and training in these areas. I run a private hormonal health clinic in Norwich, Norfolk.
