I was really impressed with Dr Patel. He took the time to enthusiastically and methodically explain my symptoms and his rationale for my diagnosis. It allowed me to feel like an informed stakeholder in the process, as opposed to leaving feeling dismissed, unheard of confused. His passion for his role was obvious. This sort of consultation experience is rare and I was really impressed.

i am so pleased with my appointment today. my condition had been bothering me for a while and Dr Patel treated me so quickly and explained my condition very clearly to me which i greatly appreciated. i called my nan after and said it was the most efficient drs appointment i’ve ever had!

Dr. Patel was engaging, perceptive and reassuring from the start of my appointment to the end. I was initially anxious about my issues but all my concerns were put to rest during my consultation. Dr Patel was very attentive and kind to me, at a time when it was very much needed. He responded immediately over the phone when I left a message for the practice and was keen to see me quickly to ensure I was ok. When we had an in-person appointment, he was open and warm; he remembered our phone conversation in detail and made sure he addressed everything that I had raised initially. He’s a great care giver and any patient would feel listened to and taken seriously in his company.

I saw Dr Patel after a week of being unwell with a number of confusing symptoms. He quickly saw to the heart of the matter and identified the ways in which an illness had interacted with some of my less-than-ideal lifestyle choices. He then offered positive, actionable advice on how I might move forward and reprioritise, without any hint of judgement. Several days on I am already feeling immeasurably better. Dr Patel's care and professionalism were exceptional.
