My experience with Dr Gul Bano, had been amazing. I owe her a huge gratitude for her excellent diagnosis of my precise problem.

My experience with Dr Bano wasn't great. I'd see her once a year and would just be told off about my weight. If I'd lost weight, nothing would be mentioned. I was also copied in to some very cold, clinical letters about me with big news that, to my face, had been brushed under the carpet, meaning they were very upsetting.
Since moving to another endocrinologist, I've been shown much more compassion and consideration; plus, my treatment is constantly reviewed to ensure it's what I need, meaning I'm a lot happier and well informed.
While I would trust Dr Bano, I believe she needs to treat (at least some of) her patients more like humans.

I’ve been under the care of this doctor since July 2019 and can’t complain so far.
