I fell down a flight of stairs and suffered vertigo. My hearing had not been too good and I was referred to Mr Stefanatos. He was extremely caring and thorough and brilliant exposing my condition and required treatment to myself and two trainee nurses. They proceeded to remove monstrous obstructions from my ears which took over 30 minutes.Mr S then carried out the Epley maneuvre and I had no further problems. I have known many consultants but found Mr Stefanatos to amongst the finest in every respect and with such charm and appropriate humour that I know would have been so beneficial to the trainees. An absolutely wonderful man.
