I have been under the care of Dr Caldwell for the last twenty odd years and have always found him very caring and helpful. He has always listened to any problems I might have and inspired me with confidence in any decisions he made regarding my diabetes. He is a kind thoughtful doctor and I would recommend him to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr Caldwell since a serious TBI and has given me great medication with horrible side effects. He keeps cancelling appointments and have been advised by the departments staff that everything has been cure including diabetes and pituitary problems for which I know there is no cure and has walked out of Western Sussex Hospitals without passing any of his patients details on and has discharged me into complete mayhem and now left it for other Doctors to clear up his mess. When I called the department I was told to take up a medical negligence claim
