This lady is a junior Doctor, and I have seen her for a great range of medical problems. In spite of her lack of experience, she is excellent in every respect, taking great care to really listen, and is also very generous with her time, although appointments often run late because of this. She is no pushover, and will stand her ground, but is very understanding and compassionate. Glenda displays an unusual tendency for GP's, in that she is totally honest and often unguarded in her comments. I totally applaud this, and feel I have a bond with her which I have never encountered before with any other medical professional. She seems somewhat overworked, and can be a bit scatterbrained, but she's all there, makes the right decisions, explains things well and does a worderful job. I trust her implicitly and wouldn't swap her for anyone.
