First class doctor who genuinely listens to you and will prescribe medication if required, or if there is a self referral required she will guide you through the process. I have never had any reason to question her advice and I highly recommend her as a GP.

on a recent appointment Dr Twaddell was very understanding, went through in detail what would happen on referral for further investigation and more importantly eased my mind . although i do not visit the medical centre very often i try to see Dr Twaddell who is courteous, professional and takes the time to listen

a handful of times I've had the misfortune of feeling with this arrogant and rude doctor, no matter how many times i try to discuss my symptoms and show concern she tells me that I am overweight and need to attend either yoga or aerobics! I am far from overweight! she dismissed my knee problems again and again and finally after speaking with Dr sandilands have been to my referall at hairmyres. turns out it's more serious than I first thought and my hips aren't aligned therefore causing damage to my knees. she refused to listen had me leave in tears multiple times! This doctor also carried out what I believed to be a smear test only for me to find out upon calling for my results that she had indeed tested me for multiple sexually transmitted diseases. I have been married for nearly a decade with one sexual partner......
