Dr McFarlane is extremely professional, but very friendly and approachable. She is brilliant at listening to you, and provides the best care she can possibly give. She does this with warmth and compassion, and I could not ask for a better doctor. She is an absolute credit to the medical profession.

After seeing Dr McFarlane you start to appreciate that not all Doctors are the same - I have been super impressed. First of all she truly listens and engages in conversation to fully understand the symptoms as well as determine potential causes. She takes time to explain treatments and processes and goes out of her way to arrange follow up appointments and referrals if required. She is caring and supportive. Thank you.

Doctor Macfarlane is an excellent Doctor nothing is to much for her. She is polite friendly.She also puts you at ease a credit to her profession.

Dr Mcfarlane is a great doctor have been her patient for many years she always listens
to what you are saying. Takes on board any info you may have read about your problem. Explains every detail simply, gives you the choice in what you think would be best for you. Works way beyond her hours and is very friendly. There are occasions
when appointments run late this how ever is the sign of the times and a popular GP.
The rest of the team/staff are also very helpful and do their very best in what is often difficult situations. I cannot fault the treatment and advise I have had over the years
particularly of late and would not change my surgery.

I have absolute confidence in my Doctor, she looks after many members of my family. She is very caring and understanding, nothing is too much trouble. She is over worked like many GP'S, but always listens and never rushes you. I have full admiration for her. She makes difficult times a lot less stressful.
