Dr Cronau is a great listener and will hear what your problem is then make a clinical diagnosis. She is always polite and very caring. Will explain prescribed drugs and any side effects you may have whilst taking them. You never feel rushed in her surgery or feel she's trying to get on to the next patient. Always makes Follow up phone calls to let you know results of any tests you may have had done. You always feel that this doctor is so caring that no matter how many more patients she has to see that you are her main concern whilst in with her. Always gives complete thorough examinations until she's sure what the problem is. And referrals if they are required are forthcoming quickly. This practice has grown very quickly in the last few years. And has endeavoured to keep up with technology on screen self check in but still a receptionist on hand to assist in any way, always helpful giving patients the best options to get in touch. A new telephone system has been installed and online appointments when registered. They have junior doctors holding surgeries but all have a mentor to ask if unsure about any patients problems. I am pleased I am a patient at this surgery they have so much to offer and always try to give excellent service to their patients.
