Dr Shafi always made the time to address my concerns over myself and my family with a supportive and understanding attitude. He was able to address my anxiety issues without coming across as dismissive or judgemental. He always asked how I was even if the appointment was for one of my sons. I am so grateful to have had him as my GP to the point I considered changing GP practices when he left Penrose surgery. He put his all into supporting my family despite the fact he was on occasions clearly tired. He is a credit to general practitioner medicine. There are not many doctors around like him.
