Dr Coakley states that he has a wealth of experience with ME/CFS, unfortunately unresponsive to my needs and got the impression it was more about money than my care.

I thought he was very thorough. He listened to my mountain of problems (spent over an hour with me), did an examination and gave his opinion. When I later on had further questions, I emailed him and he responded on a weekend!!! Wow. It doesn't get better than this. He is definitely one of the better specialists out there.
