I have been treated by Dr Webster on two occasions separated by one year. On both occasions I found him, his department, and his staff to be top class. He's pretty busy and in demand, so he doesn't exactly hang around, at least in the NHS scenario. But overall there was an air of great competence and clinical efficiency that instilled confidence.
