I am a GP partner at the Tredegar Practice in Tower Hamlets. I have worked here for 27 years. My colleagues and I want to provide a user-friendly service which is respectful, up-to-date, humane and person-centred, and which 'delights the customer'. Four years ago I discovered the existence of 'improvement science' as applied to healthcare; I am hopeful that by using this method we can improve our service: for our patients but also for your staff.
