Today I have a phone conversation with Dr. George Farrelly- at Tredegar Practice, about some doubts I have with a specific medication and I have to say that after that I completely change my oppinion about UK doctors. He is a very inteligent ,knowledgeable,good listener , high profile professional. Since the day I came to UK(20110), I met only 3 doctors who made me feel trustful and safe. Dr. George Farrelly is one of them. He literally saved my life today when he gave his avice. I am so thankful.
I wish all doctors could be like him.

Dr farralley has always provided great care to me and my family members. I have trust in dr farralley with providing care for me and my family. He has always found time to see my kids if I had phoned the surgery. He has always sorted the issue out. Than you for being such a great doctor.

I am a GP partner at the Tredegar Practice in Tower Hamlets. I have worked here for 27 years.
My colleagues and I want to provide a user-friendly service which is respectful, up-to-date, humane and person-centred, and which 'delights the customer'.
Four years ago I discovered the existence of 'improvement science' as applied to healthcare; I am hopeful that by using this method we can improve our service: for our patients but also for your staff.
