Dr Francis always has time to sit down and listen to his patients. He'll always ask how you are doing and is always genuinely interested in the answer. He is always positive and quick to reassure about upcoming tests or treatment.
Dr Francis is such a kind caring and compassionate doctor and I am extremely happy with the care that I receive each time I have an appointment. If I haven't understood something Doctor Francis is always happy to explain things.
I would absolutely recommend Doctor Francis to new people moving into the area, as previously stated his care, compassion and bedside manner is second to none.
