Mr Kleemanns put me at ease and explained everything in plain English so as I understood every thing that was said to me. At every meeting either on the ward when I was an inpatient or at one of the dialysis clinics that I attend, he all ways goes the extra mile in making sure that I have all the right information for my condition. He also takes an interest in my general heath and thanks to him he has spotted an other heath problem that I thought was nothing and has turned out to be arthritis and is now being treated.
