Dr. Schon is a truly exceptional doctor and, more importantly, an incredible human being. In all my years in the UK, I have never met a doctor who treated me with such genuine empathy, respect, and kindness. He looked beyond my condition and saw me as a person, not just a problem or a number on a spreadsheet. His level of compassion is so rare, it moved me to tears during our appointment and afterward. Dr. Schon’s concern, involvement and interest went far beyond his specialty, as he took the time to understand my needs and truly listen to me. It felt almost surreal, like something from a film—this unexpected, selfless care from a doctor who simply wanted to help. Under his guidance, I felt safe, protected, and valued, and I wish I could ever repay him with the same kindness he showed me. Not only is Dr. Schon a remarkable human being, but he is also a highly skilled specialist with an exceptional level of professionalism. He has left a profound impact on me, and I am forever grateful for his guidance. I am so appreciative of everything he has done; it has genuinely made a tremendous difference in my life.

Dr Schon I found to be a very nice man. He was interested in me as a person and not just a number . He listened patiently to what I had to say and examined my problem legs, feet and checked my walking. He then showed me the new technology he recently had and was getting used to which was to say his report and it was printed at the same time on his computer. I wish I had had that technology when I was working. He then told me what he was going to do. This was to order a MRI scan and get his nurse to organise Physiotherapy. I had a letter two days after I had my appointment from the hospital to say the date of the scan. It was the following week. I nearly fell off the my chair with surprise and shock at the speed of that appointment as I had been waiting about three months to see. Dr Schon

Not only a knowledgeable and caring clinician but also someone who bothers to listen and to get the measure of his patient.

Patient, listened, and approach excellent. A very calming doctor that would investigate further if required. Spoke to me like a friend.

I only met Dr Schon today but I love him already and think he is great, he’s such a nice friendly man and knows his stuff. I was warned he is a bit like marmite- love or hate - but luckily he works for me - unlike my previous neurologist who I didn’t get on well with at all

Dr Schon has dealt with my MS problems for over20 ears. He is very understanding, any advise given is professional and more than helpful. The advise given to me has helped me through the years. He is very clear, considerate andhelpful. He has an amazing way of putting his advice over to you which when followed helps you to come to terms with a very serious illness. I can't express my thanks enough. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dr Schon.

I found Dr Schon as very caring, patient and helpful. He promised 'to get to the bottom of ' my problem by carrying various investigations and eventually seeking second opinion. His persistence and dedication is unequalled.

I first met Dr. Schon when my brother Anthony was admitted to Mayday in a Diabetic coma in January 1993. From the outset Dr. Schon didn't hold out much hope for Anthony and sadly to say he was right. Although Dr. schon was not directly responsible for Anthony's care he always took the time to talk to us as a family. I remember on one occasion he asked to speak with my sister and myself and out of geuine concern for us he asked us how we coped on a day to day basis. He was the perfect gentleman, he once described my sister and I to my brother as "angels". he helped us through a very heartbreaking time in our lives and was always very kind to us. Anthony was in Mayday for two years and eight months. I will always remember him for his kindness which was something he did as a human being not a Doctor
