I do not think that Dr Newton can really improve himself. He always listens to you, discuses the problem, and with myself and my wife, treats it correctly. We have seen other doctors at the surgery, and they all seem to be knowledgeable, and cure your problems. The problems that they are unable to cure are: The fact that some of the Receptionists are "Jobsworths", and have no compassion about any pain you may be in, ( its a case of "its not their job" ), and the fact that when you ask them for an appointment, it can be 4-5 weeks before you get one? It would be nice, if we could know that in 4-5 weeks, what was going to happen, and how we would feel, BUT RECEPTIONISTS THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE! Get these things sorted and it could be a good surgery all round!
