Sadly a standing joke - ie all other drs are booked but always available.
This has been an issue for many many years and the fact that the practice manager(s) and other doctors haven't dealt with this is to their detriment as their receptionists 'know' and openly laugh about it...
It is well known locally that if you only need a scrip then see him.
Disappointed by lack of proper management of practice/reception and no forms available for patients to complete complaints... made difficult to complain etc
