Dr Ashworth is the best doctor I've had since I moved to the UK. With me being Italian it was very disappointing once in England to join several practices where I just felt like a number as opposed to Italy where generally a GP is like a family friend. I met Dr Ashworth by chance one evening when I needed an emergency visit due to a viral infection to my throat. I quickly realised by the way he cared for me that I wanted him as my GP and luckily he told me I could join his practice in Nelson which I did rightaway, The next day. Dr Ashworth is a caring person, always finds the positive in any situation, he is professional and most of all he listens to his patients, remembers them and their story. I cannot thank him enough for the help he has provided me during this last year which is and has been a really tough one for me. I would truly recommend joining his practice!
