#sayThankYou

Frances is the best psychiatrist I've ever worked with. She is respectful of how I want to manage my care, and she provides thoughtful solutions, unlike other providers I've seen in the past. I really appreciate how she makes me feel like I'm a partner with her in working through my mental illness. I highly recommend her.

Dr Klemperer was wonderful in listening and understanding my condition; considering and adapting the most suitable treatment. Wonderful and the thank you

Dr Klemperer was incredibly supporting over our past three appointments. I suffer from depression and anxiety, where I have significant spirals, often years apart. It's always difficult to verbalise symptoms, triggers and personal mental health history, with anyone. Dr Frances gave me time; time to work through my experiences, time to consider cause and effect, time to open up. We've worked together on a treatment plan, we've also adapted that plan as we continued our follow up sessions and as we further understand how I'm adapting to the treatment. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Frances. I find her empathy and understanding quite humbling. Thank you.

I came to see Dr Klemperer for a second opinion having had a negative experience with another psychiatrist. I am so glad I came. It really felt like I was being listened to, she was both sympathetic and empathetic without a trace of arrogance or being dismissive about my mental health issues. I came away feeling supported and that I have different options to work towards improvement.

I came to Dr Klemperer out of desperation, wanting to speak to an expert about my diagnosis. Despite me being slightly panicked, and I’m sure somewhat confusing, she was outstanding at making sense of my issues, and listening to me without judgement and with great empathy. It was the most positive interaction I have had with a mental health professional in 25 years, and I have no hesitation recommending Dr Klemperer to anyone. I will certainly continue to see her in the future.
