Initially agreed with the person who gave 5 stars but latterly felt unsupported and not listened to. Patients symptoms have to be taken at face value. There is never a situation where it is OK for a doctor to be rude to a patient or vice versa.

Dr Johnston has a habit of saying “I’m not dismissing your symptoms, but...” and the last time I saw her she asked me what I thought the NHS should do for me. What do some quacks expect the patients to do their jobs for them? I use the term quack because she is not a professional in my opinion, based on my last three visits to her.
