Had the pleasure of meeting this psychiatrist through the Bolton Assessment Service. She comes across as listening to what you say but do not be fooled. She constantly brought up things that were inaccurate because it was written in my mental health notes, this is despite them having many inaccuracies in them which I have referred to before. The main issue is she told me I should avoid certain medications because of how it affects me - this is why I thought 'finally' someone who is listening to what I have been saying for several years. However once I had accessed to my mental health records and obtained a copy of the letter written to my GP by her I noticed she failed to mention this to them almost like it was something we never discussed which again means when I raise it again it looks as though I have made up what she said. However, this service user recorded the consultation with her secretly so can prove in future what was said.
