I felt awful arranging a telephone appointment during all the Covid-19 outbreak, but Dr Ahmad was lovely, very calm and very patient. She paid attention to my issues and tried her best to prescribe the best course of treatment for me (without the benefit of being able to physically examine me). I really appreciated her swift action and diagnosis, as well as her friendliness. It helped to keep me calm at a worrying time.
