Dr Wallace is proffesional yet displays kindness and is a good listener, very understanding and honest. He adresses the needs of my family and actions treatments, referrals etc. promptly. He has helped me in crisis even going to the length of obtaining funding for my son to have a private consultant appointment when he would have to wait 10 months on the NHS. This instigated assessment and diagnosis resulting in the appropriate treatment and management needed. He demonstrates wide medical knowlege and gives his full attention in every consultation. thats why it,s difficult to get an appointment with him.
