She is truthful, helpful, considerate, understanding, goes out of her way to help me get better plus she also helps in a very big way where my GP fails me. She's a wonderful Dr.

Sadly Dr Roussou is not a very nice Dr. When I refused to go along with the treatment she wanted me on her remarks to me were not nice, telling me she didn't see the point in treating me anymore if I didn't go on the medicine she wanted. This has left me with no Rheumatology care and only being looked after by my GP who has not got the time to sort out tests and talk to me about the care I need for my AS. I had to arrange for my GP to take over blood monitoring etc and when finally Dr Roussou did write to my GP about the change over she did her best to intimate it was my choice to leave the care of Rheumatology and dismissed the fact it was she who told me she didnt see the point in seeing anymore if I didnt change meds to what she wanted. PALs at King George are usless as they didnt even both to contact me after I wrote to them about this.

Dr Rousso is an outstanding Consultant Rheumatologist. I have been visiting her clinic for the last 12 years’ and every time I see her, her bedside manner never changes. She has helped me with my osteoporosis arthritis and scleroderma. When I went to see her last week she was more than helpful she called an orthopaedic surgeon in to see me for a second opinion and has now got the ball rolling for me to have the necessary scans for my hip pain. Even if she is fully booked she always makes time to see her patients. If anyone deserves an accolade it certainly is her!!
