I saw dr ricks a few months ago and found her completely unapproachable. I felt uncomfortable and intimidated by the way she spoke to me. I have a note on my file that I won’t see her again.

I found her totally lacking in "people skills" in the way she spoke to me and her "couldn't give a toss attitude". I don't ever want to see her again. She must have been absent from the training day on how to interact with patients.
