I have been on pain relief for my back for several months. I need it to be able to work and just be comfortable. Every other doctor prescribes it for me with no issues knowing the situation but this doctor always refuses to prescribe it leaving me in pain and unable to work until I can get another doctors appointment (which of course ends in me being prescribed the pain relief). Sent me a question and via text and when I replied heard nothing back. Leaving someone in pain and unable to work is not something a competent, caring gp should do. It bad for the patients well-being and bad for the economy with missed work days!

Dr Ochola was kind and patient and thorough. He knew I was nervous and upset and patiently worked through all the issues. He even let me off with changing the reason for coming and a little add on. I truly believe he knew exactly what he was talking about.
