Dr Knight has been my main doctor over the years and I have been so happy with her and the service provided by the Surgery. I have also been very impressed with Dr Watts on the occasional times I have been in contact with her. She goes to a lot of trouble and takes a really serious interest in her patients.
Dr Watts is a truly professional Dr and lovely lady. She supported me through a period of serious ill mental health. I will never forget her kindness and generosity. She probably has no idea how touched I was by her care. I cannot thank her enough.
Thank you so much for these incredible words. I'm not sure who has written this, but I really, really care about my job, and I genuinely really want to help if I can. GPs are the brunt of lots of media toxicity currently, so this lovely comment has helped me too... thank you.
I was concerned about a mole, I sent a picture in via the askmygp app. Within the hour Dr Watts had called me back. She said she could see from the photo it was nothing to worry about but to put her mind (and more importantly my mind) at ease she wanted me to come in so she could view it through the device used for skin cancer. This was during the incredibly busy pandemic period. She asked me to come in there and then to see her. I was so grateful that Dr Watts did this because it really reassured me. I could not be more pleased with the service she provided me.
Always has time to listen - always proactive.

Aside from special interests, I have an absolute belief in the strength of General Practice being about continuity of care. Irrespective of any political directions otherwise, I truly believe we serve our patients best by knowing them, their history, their family, their social and support set up, and their living needs. In my opinion anyone who thinks General Practice can be effectively delivered by a 5 minute video consult on a smart phone, with no knowledge of the patient, has frankly missed the point of General Practice. I will fight these 'developments' to best serve my patients. I will, however, try to embrace technology advances wherever possible, in order to enhance patient care, but only when continuity of care is part of the offering.
