She is meant to be my main oncology doctor but I only know her name but never met with her neither spoken to her regarding my chemo treatment. My treatment was delayed by 1 week due to her being on annual leave! Several times I have made contact with her secretaries requesting for the doctor to get in touch as I was very anxious regarding my chemo & the drugs & didn't feel motivated enough to go ahead with it! Despite all this concern & anxiety not once did she get in touch. Now I have expressed my wish to remove myself from her care of duty or rather lack of it!

Doctor Stables was absolutely fantastic with my wife who has breast cancer and is coming to the end of her chemotherapy treatment and is getting ready to start radiotherapy, but she has to have more surgery first Doctor Staples explained everything in detail, it clear helpful and reassuring, we both felt reassured and happy to be in her care.

Emma has been with me since the start of my journey with a brain tumour 11 years ago (well past the original prognosis given in 2009). She arranged my radiotherapy and chemotherapy and now I see her (or another in the clinic) for my results. You never feel rushed with Emma and she remembers everything about you, making you feel so comfortable and at ease. So glad she is my Consultant Oncologist.
