Dr Pooley is by far the best GP that I have ever come across! I have been seeing her for an ongoing mental health issue for a couple of years now and she has looked after me every step of the way from a point of almost crisis, to one where I am back at work and functioning reasonably well. She is very person centred, has a lovely reassuring, caring manner and gives you the time that you need to express how you are feeling. Even more importantly she listens not only to what you say, but also what you don’t say. I have definitely made her work for it, but I trust Dr Pooley 100%. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. She is everything that a good GP should be.
