Doesnt listen to a word you say and has no empathy for the effects your symptoms are having on your life, narrow minded and rude are just 2 of the views I have of this doctor, absolutely no bedside manner and thinks only her opinion matters and disregards any other professionals previous input or diagnosis. Also disagrees with the advice given on NHS website with regards to symptoms. Over all probably the worst doctor I have ever had the displeasure of having a consultation with and I will be requesting my care be transferred to another doctor in future.

I had the most horrendous experience ever with this doctor Emma nixon, I was admitted to hospital, suffering with bowel and bleed problem, before this I have suffered extreme traumas in my life, including sexual assault from my own g.p, also recently survived an horrendous murder case in December 2017, four children were murdered with petrol bombs poured down the roof and chimney in the 3 houses we lived in, the murdered children and mother, lived adjoining my house, was wiped out, I have suffered so much pain and heartache and numerous illnesses since! I arrived here on the 9th Feb 2020. I was admitted, I was suffering with abdominal and bowel pains, I was put on a drip, number of medications, I was also asked to have a number of scans, one of which I had to have a camera up my bottom to my bowel, as I realised what the scan entailed, I then became nervous and agitated at the thought of the procedure, but I know I needed to have this done, to try and find out what was causing the problem. I then spoke to the nurse who was preparing me for the camera procedure, I explained my fears and was given the opportunity to have sedation, which I stressed I needed due to my fears, this information was relayed back to the doctor who was performing the procedure, once I was wheeled into the x-ray room, there were approximately three other nurses present, the doctor totally ignored the fact, that I wanted sedation, docter Emma nixen, then proceeded to carry on the procedure without the sedation, I was horrified and in so much pain when she inserted the camera, I cried, I begged, I screamed, and held onto the nurses arms as hard as I could, Dr Emma nixon carried on pushing the camera inside me, she started shouting at me and told me it wasn't her fault my anatomy had corners and bends, she was getting frustrated with me, but the look on her face was as if she was enjoying inflicting the pain, I shouted no no stop please, then I heard her mumble, it probably not picked anything up, because of my stress and behaviour, I was sent out back to the ward, extremely, traumatised and stressed! Since the incident I have not slept, I am traumatised with the way she treated me! It was that traumatic, I feel like I was raped and I can't get the look of her emotionless face and the look like she enjoyed inflicting the pain! She has left me so traumatised, I need to find help and speak to someone in authority about the incident, I would not wish that experience with her, on anyone
