Each time I have seen Dr casson at Dorchester road surgery I have left feeling much calmer and less worried . She is extremely professional but at the same time very kind and reassuring . She explains everything very well and gives good advice on what else you could do to help yourself, not in a condescending manner. It is quite hard to get appointments, it took several phone calls and if you phone on the day , they do say only emergencies available and this makes you feel guilty I think . I would only see a doctor if I felt ill. But the care with Dr casson has been the best and would recommend her to others. Thank you.
