Dr Elsir Osman

I have just been discharged from Watford General under the care of Dr. Osman . What a fantastic practitioner he is! On my first morning of admission I watched him doing his daily 9am ward round . He had a lovely friendly bedside manner with all of his patients regardless of their individual cognitive understanding . He spoke clear and concise using words that each patient could understand . He introduced friendly banter with an each patient and was very approachable for conversation . He was like the sunshine on the ward first thing in the morning. .Most importantly he clearly was an expert in the many different conditions that presented to him . He checked that I understood what was wrong with me and he made sure that I understood the way forward with my condition . It seemed obvious to me that the rest of his team enjoyed working with him . To this end they also demonstrated excellent people skills and communication . All together an excellent team working under a great mentor .
