Dr Elizabeth Pronger

I've been seeing/talking to Dr Pronger over the last six months about various health concerns. She listens to what you are saying and does not hurry you. She is very caring and doesn't make you feel like you are being a nuisance. She is thorough and follows up with further appointments when necessary. I can't thank her enough.

I spoke to Dr Pronger on Monday after attending A&E in Hastings. She was extremely thorough and caring. Dr Pronger said she would call me again the next day to see how I was feeling, which she did and again the next day. We discussed requiring a scan which she arranged and an appointment was booked for the Friday. I’m very impressed with the service provided by doctor Pronger, along with all the staff I have dealt with since joining Collington Surgery as a NHS patient a year ago.

I saw Dr Pronger on Monday at Collington surgery. She was extremely thorough with her examination, kind and caring. She said she would arrange some x rays for me and on Wednesday morning I had a phone call from The Conquest saying that an urgent x ray had been requested and asked me attend that afternoon. Dr Pronger also said that she would arrange for a blood test, which was carried out on Friday. I could not have wished for better service. I cannot thank her enough.

I saw Dr Pronger at Collington Surgery in the absence of my regular GP. Dr Pronger was extremely professional yet very welcolming and immediately put me at ease with her caring manner. She was very thorough in my examination and listened to my concerns in a sympathetic way. Her advice and suggested follow up action was very detailed and really helpful. I have to say that Dr Pronger could not have done more to help me and i left feeling very reassured. I cannot thank Dr Pronger enough for the care and attention she gave me.
