I was under the impression that Dr Pronger is no longer at the practice if so a very sad loss. She is without doubt the most professional caring and helpful GP I have ever met and during my police service I met a great deal none of whom compare remotely to Dr Pronger. I wish her all the best and thank her for the amazing help and support she gave me whilst at the practice.

Dr Pronger is an amazing doctor She really listens and is supportive and helpful Thanks to her I managed to get funding for life changing surgery I have had the surgery now and I could not be more grateful to her for advocating on my behalf Thank you !

When I first had blood pressure problems Dr Probger phoned me at 19-45 in the evening because she was so concerned. That shows what an inspirational Dr she is. I was disappointed that you can no longer get appointments for her

I've been seeing/talking to Dr Pronger over the last six months about various health concerns. She listens to what you are saying and does not hurry you. She is very caring and doesn't make you feel like you are being a nuisance. She is thorough and follows up with further appointments when necessary. I can't thank her enough.

I spoke to Dr Pronger on Monday after attending A&E in Hastings. She was extremely thorough and caring. Dr Pronger said she would call me again the next day to see how I was feeling, which she did and again the next day. We discussed requiring a scan which she arranged and an appointment was booked for the Friday. I’m very impressed with the service provided by doctor Pronger, along with all the staff I have dealt with since joining Collington Surgery as a NHS patient a year ago.
