Very reassuring & listened to my concerns. I felt as though a Doctor really cared about what I was saying. This is unusual in my experience.
Dr Kershaw-Yates really made a difference for me. Thank you.
Ps- the last appointment I had with her was approximately 3 yrs ago- she has made a lasting impression.
