Dr Bates, is a brilliant Doctor i seen her for the first time today as i haven't been a patient at this surgery for very long. I was so impressed with her person centered approach that i actually told her i thought she was a very good doctor. Dr Bates listens carefully to you and she will identify the problem and explain how that part of your body functions. I will be booking any future appointments with Dr Bates where possible.

she took the time to sit and tell me and explain everything that I needed to know. she was kind considerate caring and above all she treated me with respect. I felt that she was in no rush to get me out and move onto the next patient, she has only seen me twice and remembered who I was from before, therefore I didn't need to explain everything to her again.
