Doctor Elizabeth Mash is a professional wonderful caring, friendly Doctor. she always gives a 100% . you can talk to her about anything and know they she is listening to every word you say. you feel safe in her hands she goes above and beyond for her patiences. The NHS have done us proud to have such a Doctor, I am proud of our Eastcliff Practice wonderful surgery Thank you for all that you do

I can honestly state that I would not have been able to cope with my health issues without the help of Dr Mash, I've had serious health issues since February 2019, even though Dr Mash is only in the practice twice a week if I am awaiting test results or possible consultations Dr Mash arranges with other doctors to look at my notes and either phone me if I need to see someone or arrange for medication to be issued. Because of my health conditions, if I cannot get an appointment I can leave a message asking her to call me (Dr Mash has called me at 7pm) or will give receptionists permission to pass information on to me. Dr Mash is a wonderful, caring doctor who East Cliffe should be proud to have as part of their practice. Thank you so much for everything you do.

Dr Mash is a brilliant doctor, she makes me feel that I'm important and not just a patient, I'm never rushed, I have numerous health issues and she credits me for controlling my medical needs and in turn don't burden her more than is necessary. A fantastic asset to this practice.
