I have no problems dealing with Dr Moore. She listens well to my concerns and tries to allay my worries whilst having to be honest about my problems. As I have a slight 'distrust' of doctors generally, this is why I only scored 4 stars.

During my stay at Addenbrookes, and my outpatients visit, I was treated very well and all my questions were answered in a way that I could understand.

Dr Moore appears to be a first rate doctor. She listens. She dispenses relevant and helpful advice. She is reassuring and gives an appropriate amount of information, unlike some of her peers, who patronise and treat all their patients as though they no medical knowledge whatsoever. I wish there were more like her in the system. I am not sure that I could make any suggestions for improvement, as from my point of view - having had quite an amount of experience of medics at Addenbrooke's - she is one of the best.
