Dr Fawcett's clinics may run late at times but thats due to her spending the time needed to listen and explain her suggestions. I have seen Dr Fawcett on a regular basis over the years and have had nothing but great service and care. You can rely on her to chase up appointments etc and has a very empathetic nature which as I stated earlier probably is the reason for over running clinics. In my opinion I would rather have to wait past my appointment time, if when I'm seen I know that the standard of care is high, compared to a Dr who pretends to listen and care but is really just going through the motions.
