Have been under her care for almost three years. She doesn't document consultations fully, doesn't follow through on agreed care plans, fobs me off and has made things worse instead of treating me. I find her disorganised, dishonest and duplicitous. I am a doctor myself.

I had an encounter with this doctor once and I thought she was brilliant. She was very attentive and solved the problem with a smile.

I was a patient of Dr Cole at CMHT Camberwell Road part of South London and Maudsley NHS. In March 2015, Dr Cole doubled my dose of sertraline from 150mg to 300 mg. This is double the recommended dose, having a history of bi polar she did not monitor me. Three weeks later I was sectioned by the police, for the first time in my 25 years of mental health. She then made false entries on my medical records that I had voluntarily admitted myself to Lambeth Hospital as an alcoholic. I found this out through the DVLA and it was confirmed to me by a partner at my GP surgery that she and Amber Say CPN had done this to cover their mistakes, as I made a suicide attempt by strangulation with a ligature I had made from clothing , shoelaces and the cord from my tracksuit bottom which rendered me unconscious. This happened in the hospital. I would not have done this if I had not been sectioned. And I would not have been sectioned if Dr Cole had not prescribed me double the recommended dose of sertraline which made me go psychotic. Especially as I had a history of mania. The result of her maltreatment put me in hospital, as a result of the trauma of this horrific experience I suffer flashbacks and the effect it has had on my parents and siblings and the damage done to these family members, the damage to my relationship with my siblings and friends because of this can never be repaired. Furthermore, as a result of Dr Cole’s lies to protect her position by labelling me an alcoholic on my records has resulted in me having to apply for a driving licence every 12 months. I am disabled through life threatening medical conditions and rely on a car. My family live 578 miles away and I need to drive to see them. Because of Dr Cole’s lies I have lost my full licence, and having a 12 month licence means I cannot get a motability car, nor can I rent a car, and my driving insurance would cost a fortune. I am dismayed to see Dr Cole is now a consultant, I truly hope she has not harmed other people. I have been angry at her for nearly 3 years, she wrecked my life and made a bad situation infinitely worse when she should have been helping me, She only cares about herself and doesn’t have a gram of compassion or decency in her. Some readers may consider I am deluded, but I have the police section 136 form, which the police ,on the question : Has the person been drinking or on drugs, they ticked the ‘No’ box, If they were in any doubt a ‘don’t know’ box was available. I have the notes of the paramedics, the doctors at the triage and none mention alcohol. I also have the letter from Lambeth hospital releasing me from section.
